If you decide you have found the right puppy, your payment options are cash, personal check, Visa, Master or Discover Credit Cards. 4. a) If the puppy is less than seven (7) weeks old, we require a deposit to hold your puppy in the amount of $500 (non-refundable). b) If the puppy is over eight (8) weeks old, we require the purchase price to be paid in full. 5. You must then decide whether you will pick-up the puppy or have it shipped to a major airport near you. We will gladly make all flight arrangements for your puppy’s arrival. We will need to know what dates and times work for you to pickup your puppy. a) If shipping on an airline and you are paying with a personal check we expect a check paid in full (puppy + shipping) to be in our possession 3 weeks in advance (age of puppy 6-7 weeks)of shipment. If you are paying with a credit card we would like payment in full (puppy + shipping) when the puppy reaches the age of 8 weeks. Standard Shipping Rates include ~ Airfare, An airline approved pet carrier, State of Iowa Health Certificate, All required documentation that pertains to the puppy, Sample of Puppy Food and more are included with the cost of the shipping. Shipping Cost - $350 for 1 puppy in a carrier. $485 for 2 puppies in one carrier. b) If picking up the puppy here at Rolling Meadows and you are paying with a personal check ~ we expect the check paid in full (puppy only) to be in our possession 3 weeks in advance(age of puppy 6-7 weeks) of pickup here. If you are paying with a credit card we would like the payment (puppy only) by the time your puppy has reached the age of 8 weeks. We do not include a pet carrier if you are picking up your puppy here or if we are delivering a puppy to you. 6. We will send along with the puppy, the puppy’s guarantee and the purchase agreement for you to read and sign and then return to Rolling Meadows via US Mail or if you are picking your puppy up here you will receive it then. 7. You will receive a free New Puppy Care package, including Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy Food, new puppy information and potty training information. 8. The puppy’s registration papers (if available and requested) will be mailed to the new puppy’s owner once we have received the signed purchase agreement or as soon as they are available. 9. If you will be picking up your puppy at Rolling Meadows, you will receive all the above at that time. 10. We are available to answer any questions or provide support for your new puppy as he or she grows. You can call us, email us, or send a letter. Keep us updated on your puppy's progress.
