Breeders of Hybrid Puppies ~ Information
All of our Hybrid Puppies are F1 first generation crosses. The F1 Hybrid is the healthiest mix possible due to "Hybrid Vigor". It is our desire to raise
and promote these Hybrids. We carefully select each Purebred parent for the characteristics that would result in puppies with the most desirable pet
qualities. Our goal in breeding F1 Hybrid Puppies is to breed a Very Healthy Puppy with the desirable companion traits found in their purebred parents.
We do not breed multi generational Dogs as we have no desire to produce a "pure bred" Poodle Cross Bred and we don't want to see our Hybrid
Puppies begin to have inbred genetic problems. If requested by owner we register our Hybrid Puppies with the American Canine Hybrid Club.

Hi Bonnie and Tammy!
I haven't written in quite a while but still randomly check out your website. I noticed all the lovely letters and
pictures from other Poochon owners and thought it was time to give an update on my little man, Izzy. Izzy (one of
Sara and Bruno's pups) turned 3 at the end of October (B.D. 10/26/05) and I can't believe how quickly that time flew
by. I wrote you often with pictures his first year and many of them are up on your website. I still take way too many
pictures and praise him way too much to my friends, family and acquaintances... all because HE IS THE GREATEST
THING IN THE WORLD! I truly have the best pet and best friend. From puppy-hood, he has been such a joy; smart,
cute, playful, goofy/funny, loyal, loving, alert, obedient, easy-going, healthy, sweet, beautiful, happy, great cuddler,
LOVES and is great with dogs and people (oh, and he is also LOVED by dogs and people)... in other words, is just an
amazing dog with a perfect personality! I know I am lucky to have him in my life and wanted to thank you again.
I attached a picture of him from his 3rd Birthday (with one of his gifts) and you can totally tell how happy he is in the
picture. (oh... he totally sported a mohawk (which got us many fun compliments) all summer, which was growing out
in the picture.)

Hi Bonnie & Tammy,
I’m not sure if you remember me. I bought a puppy from you born in
2005, We actually bought her for my daughter. We named her
Ginger and she is just fantastic. Our entire family loves her. We just
bought Alyssa a really good camera for her 16th birthday and of
course most of her pictures are of Ginger. And the one we sent you
was one of those pictures. I just wanted to forward you this picture of
Ginger on her 2nd birthday because I know you appreciate feedback
from your puppy owners. As you can see she is doing very well and
loves looking out the front window from this chair. Ginger likes to
make herself right at home in our den and she loves to crawl under
pillows, blankets etc. Her nose which was red as an apple when she
was a puppy has turned brown. She weighs 16 lbs. and the doctor
said she's in fine health. I take her for a walk every night after
dinner, and as soon as we're done eating, she hits me with her paw
until I get her leash out. It's very funny. Sincerely, Craig

What are the Bichon Poodle, Bich poo or Poochon dogs like?
The Bichon Poodle, Bich poo or Poochon puppy combines the outstanding characteristics of the Bichon Frise and

As you look through the photos on different breeders websites, one might notice that the look of the Poochon can vary
widely, based on the quality of their parents. The Poochon puppies shown below are typical of what you will find with
one of our Rolling Meadows puppies. They are the product of careful, thoughtful breeding. We are committed to
breeding a healthy, sweet tempered Poochon who is also cute! Our puppies are from Bichon Frise and Toy Poodle
purebreds who are AKC registered and have some Champion bloodlines in their pedigrees.

What will my Bichon Poodle look like as an adult?

As the Bichon Poodle puppies becomes an adult, their appearance does not change much. They retain their puppy
look throughout adulthood and will retain much of their puppy color pattern. Their hair will continue to grow (since they
are non-shedding) and will need to be trimmed in a puppy cut if you like the shorter haired look.

The Apricot/White puppies will usually lighten some in color as they get older. A puppy with black markings may turn
lighter or stay black as they get older. The Dark Carmel Color will fade lighter as the puppy matures. The darker
Apricot puppies normally stay darker as they mature.

Though the adult look of a Bichon Poodle can be harder to predict that the appearance of a purebred Bichon or Toy
or Mini Poodle, they always end up looking cute as a button:) The average adult weight of the featured puppies will be
12-18 pounds.

The F1 Hybrid Poochon combines the more robust, oblong body of the Bichon with the intelligence of the Poodle making a wonderful
and happy companion. Depending on the color of the poodle parent the variance can be wide. Most often white in color.   They are
Active, intelligent, loyal, and affectionate.   Typically, this is an ideal dog for children. Their size and playful nature make them a
family favorite.   They get along well with other dogs, cats and small animals.   Regular brushing is important.   Exercise need is
moderate.   The Poochon aka Bichon Poodle, Miniature or Toy Goldendoodle look alike is quite easy to train but will enjoy time spent
in obedience classes with his family. They have a High, Obedience and   High, Problem Solving. Indoor and outdoor activity is
moderate. They will adapt to living in just about any environment. With their toy and miniature size they make excellent dogs for
apartments.   Generally very healthy, the vigor instilled through this cross makes them less prone to the ailments that afflict the
parent breeds. Their Life Span is 12 - 16 Years . Our Miniature or Toy Goldendoodle look alike puppies/dogs make wonderful pets.
Some of our dogs like the Goldendoodle have been trained for service dogs for children.and adults.
